Sempervivum Onyx (Hens & Chicks)

Easy to maintain and make great gifts! Can be pllanted outside as a perennial in Zones 3-7. Growing in a rosette form, this plant looks similar to an echeveria but is much tougher. Arguably the most easy of the succulent plants to care for. Often known as Hens and Chicks. 

Light Requirments: Full sun, love a sunny window.

Water Requirements: Moderate water in Spring and Summer. Lower watering in Fall and Winter months. Allow to dry down between waterings.

Food Requirements: Use fertilize once a month at 1/4 the rate.
